When planning or booking your holiday it is often easy to overlook 'commonplace' details which are not part of your holiday experience. The following information is very important as it forms the basis of your agreement between you, the client, and us, Crafty Retreats & Workshops Ltd (Crafty Retreats) and we ask you to read it carefully.
This page and its conditions detail our responsibilities to you and yours to us and provide guidelines to cover circumstances which may arise.
When you email us with a booking or make a booking online you acknowledge agreement of our Booking Conditions as detailed here and you are confirming that you have read the Booking Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
1. Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended you and your party arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy, this must include cancellation, repatriation, medical and personal cover and also full cover for the party's personal belongings, since these are not covered by Crafty Retreats.
However you purchase your insurance you must satisfy yourself that the policy is adequate and appropriate for your needs, and in particular for any activities you are contemplating during your holiday.
In the event of a non-insurable cancellation, refunds of amount paid will be made if Crafty Retreats are able to re-sell the holiday booked and any expenses or losses incurred doing so will be deducted from the refundable amount.
All bookings/reservations must be made either by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or online from our Deposits Page. For group bookings, there should be one single payment. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to Crafty Retreats and guarantees payment of the full cost of the holiday for those in the group. Once we have received your Booking and all appropriate deposits, we will confirm your holiday by issuing a confirmation letter via email.
The prices quoted on our website or in our publicity and promotional materials are correct at the time of publication. In the event of any changes in our prices to those stated we will notify you prior to accepting your booking.
Brochure(s) and Website Accuracy - Every care has been taken to ensure that the information given to you is accurate at the time of printing, however, as a result of local conditions e.g. weather, time of year it may sometimes be necessary to change from the itinerary as advertised in our brochure(s) or website.

10. Cancellation by Crafty Retreats
If through circumstances beyond our control Crafty Retreats is forced to cancel your booking all monies paid to us will be returned in full. It is unlikely that Crafty Retreats will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
